Once you have selected your lender we supply you with an application form and a list of supporting documents we will require for your lender.

One month after settlement cash4homeloans receive a commission from your lender. Your share of the commission will be direct credited to your nominated bank account within 5 days from the date it is received by us and upon receipt of the signed Terms & Conditions letter from you (regarding your share of the commission).
